Tell us about your career path? What you do now, what brought you here?

Educated and followed a traditional corporate career path looking to climb the ladder – started in advertising and marketing and moved on to Leadership and Organizational Development.  I had the privilege of having worked for such companies as Arthur Andersen, Qualcomm, Disney, and Sony.  I met my husband, who is a serial entrepreneur and he seduced me (both personally and professionally). Our talents and strengths complement each other well and I gave in. We started a company with a strong focus on women, who have been traditionally overlooked in the Consumer Electronics industry.

Biggest challenge you experience as an entrepreneur?

The biggest challenge is that the highs are high and the lows are really low and you’re constantly on this crazy rollercoaster looking to idle just for a minute!

Tell us something surprising about yourself?

I have become dog obsessed!  We just adopted our third German Shorthair Pointer a month ago.  Dog mama to 3… yikes!

What’s your motto?

I borrow Coco Chanel’s — The most courageous act is to think for yourself.

What’s your favorite room in your house and why?

My bedroom!  I love my bed…. There’s something so great about just finally resting on ironed sheets…thanks to my mom I have developed this annoying habit!!

What’s the last song you sang out loud?

The Pina Colada Song by Rupert Holmes – maybe because I’m dreaming of a vacation.

Last Google search?

Bay Fishing camp in Newport Beach…lol.  Trying to register my 10-year-old son, who has become obsessed with fishing.
