What Happens to your Body (and Mind!) After 40 and Beyond
March 15 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Join Nina Collins, founder of The Woolfer—a sisterhood of literary-minded feminists over 40 who offer each other support, resources, inspiration, and humor —for an interactive discussion on the delights and pitfalls of growing older. Nina will be joined by health professionals including an expert in integrative medicine and nutrition, a counseling psychologist, a board-certified Ob/Gyn, and a plastic surgeon/dermatologist who will share their holistic perspectives on the evolution of our bodies and minds as we age—and how we can maintain agency, curiosity, and joy in the process. Come ready to share questions (they can be anonymous)!
